At Flow-Like, we believe in transparency and respect for your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how you can use our applications without an account, and how to request deletion of your personal information.

The data deletion process depends on whether you have a Flow-Like account.
Without an Account
Using Flow-Like anonymously
Our desktop application (Flow-Like Studio) and mobile app can be used completely anonymously without creating an account.
- No personal data is transmitted to our servers
- All workflows and data remain local on your device
- No account or sign-up required for core features
- Anonymous analytics cannot be linked back to you
Local Data
To remove local data, simply uninstall the application or delete the app data folder from your device. This data is never sent to our servers.
With an Account
Using Flow-Like cloud features
If you have created an account or use cloud services, we store some data that can be deleted upon request.
What we store
How to request deletion
- 1 Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account
- 2 Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- 3 Confirm in the email body that you want all personal data removed
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
After deletion
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed
- Cloud-synced workflows and settings will be deleted
- Local data on your devices will not be affected
- This action is irreversible — data cannot be recovered
What we do NOT store
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- We do not store payment information directly
- We do not track browsing activity outside our services
